You are entirely responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your usage of our services.

nocardsthanks.com shall not be responsible for any content of greeting cards that you create using our web site. Sending anonymous cards or cards with fake sender email addresses is not permitted.

nocardsthanks.com shall have the right, but not the responsibility, to remove greeting cards which are deemed in our sole discretion in violation of this agreement.

Unless otherwise indicated, nocardsthanks.com will not use or pass on any personal information provided by users when using nocardsthanks.com. When entering email addresses of individuals onto the nocardsthanks.com website, you must ensure that you have the addressee's permission to do so.

When purchasing a card at £2.99, you are making a voluntary donation to charity of £2. There is a 99p service charge. When purchasing 5 cards at £10, you are making a voluntary donation to charity of £7.50. There is a £2.50 service charge. When purchasing 10 cards at £15, you are making a voluntary donation to charity of £12.00. There is a £3.00 service charge. When purchasing 20 cards at £22, you are making a voluntary donation to charity of £18.00. There is a £4.00 service charge.

Any sales of a BLISS charity e-card will result in a donation to BLISS, even if you select a different charity.

nocardsthanks.com will keep a list of email addresses from members of the public who have indicated that they so wish to receive communications from nocardsthanks.com. nocardsthanks.com cannot, however, be held liable for emailing these individuals if their email address is entered on our website by a third party.
